This is a wonderful place to stay; the owners are incredibly helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed an extra night we enjoyed it so much and will definitely be back! This is a taste of the real Greece run by real people; not a flash anonymous hotel. Lovely for sitting out on the terrace with a coffee or a beer watching the world go by. The rooms are exceptionally clean and quiet and the breakfast is enormous; it's the perfect place for relaxing after visiting the surrounding area. Particularly recommend the Vergina tombs.

Everything was excellent, absolutely perfect. Hotel staff was helpful and informative, and gave us the impression that Olympia Guesthouse is our home away from home. It is in a great location, a few hundred meters up the road from the The Royal Tombs at Aigai (Vergina), also with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape and countryside.
Nothing whatsoever. It was all perfect.

Definitely the warm reception from the owners, and their helpfulness.
The breakfast, while plentiful and with home made jams and cheese pies, should have offered either fresh bread or toasted bread, not stale bread and butter, as well as marg and Becel.. A small quibble with a 99.9% pleasurable experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The guesthouse was beautiful - the room was and bath were large, well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was great with a great assortment of things to eat. The family that owns the Olympia are very nice and extremely helpful. The sights at Vergina are within walking distance and the town of Vergina is a nice little village. We would definitely return here again.

The rooms were super clean and cozy, with all the necessities we needed. The location was perfect, close to the Aiges museum and in a peaceful area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We had the best time exploring the local destinations and trying out various winter sports. It was an unforgettable experience!
The only thing we would have liked is a livelier nightlife scene for young party-goers.

Friendly & helpful staff, nice location, peaceful & quiet (at least in springtime), interesting surroundings.
Not the hotel, but the village in winter & spring lacks places where to have evening meals.
